Food & Drink?
Outside food or drink of any type is not allowed in East Cleveland Theater. This includes alcoholic beverages. However, we will be selling both chocolate bars and bottled water during the intermission.
Unfortunately, ECT is not handicap accessible. There are a minimum of 8 steps into any of our theaters. However, if you call the office, 216-851-8721, we will work with you to provide assistance as needed.
Tickets are not refundable. However, if you call the East Cleveland Theater Box Office at 216-851-8721, we will try to exchange your tickets for the same show on another day, if seats are available.
East Cleveland Theater has a secure, lighted parking lot behind the theater.
Paper tickets required?
Paper tickets are not required, however, without a paper ticket, photo ID WILL BE required.
