About this event
The Charity Event of the Season.
Break out your boots, suits, and ball gowns for the first ever Hardin County Fall Ball and join us to raise funds for Mission Hope for Kids and children across the community this year. The event will take place Thursday, October 14, 2021 at Thurman Landing in Sonora. Sponsorships are available at different levels. Ticket sales open to the public on Monday, September 20. The vibe is rustic red carpet, so expect a mix of black tie and cocktail attire with a southwestern flair.

Dress for the event is Black Tie Optional or Cocktail Attire. Men should wear suits and tuxes—no jeans. Women should dress up: Ball gowns are welcome but not required. Accessorize your ensemble with rustic, western, and Southwestern accents such as boots, ties, belts, leather jackets, and jewelry. Amanda at @TypeAStyle on Instagram will have tons of outfit inspiration to share in the coming weeks. Don’t forget to shop local!

Mission Hope For Kids is a local after school mentorship program that cares for disadvantaged students who need additional support. Their approach is holistic; they understand that to reach their full potential, children need physical, mental, emotional, educational, and spiritual care. In application, this means partnering students with caring adults, giving academic help, providing snacks and meals, offering recreational activities, opening our on-site clothing closet to students and their families, teaching moral and spiritual lessons, and so much more.
Ticket cost includes cost of admission covering dinner, decor, and entertainment plus a $100 donation to Mission Hope for Kids. This means every ticket purchased, or essentially every guest in attendance, is giving $100 to Mission Hope for Kids.
We are currently looking for business and individual sponsorships as well as auction sponsors. Due to the charitable nature of this event, tickets are non-refundable. In the event that the event is cancelled due to government regulations, money from ticket sales will be donated to Mission Hope for Kids.
