Event description
The Faces of Christian Persecution: Religious, Political, and Secular Extremism. How did we get here? What can we do now?

About this Event

The Trinitarian Solidarity International (SIT) conference on religious persecution is being held in Miami for the first time. Academic, religious, political, civil society leaders, and human rights activists will gather to learn about the history of Christian persecution and understand the current situation (which is genocidal in some countries) to develop a response to support victims and stop persecution from spreading further. See the agenda by clicking here.

Speakers will travel from around the world to share their experience and knowledge. This conference will give you the opportunity to network with others that are committed to responding to Christian persecution by raising awareness, delivering relief to affected communities, and encouraging a commitment to prayer with more fervor, persistence and hope. See the speaker bios by clicking here.

The Trinitarians are an ecclesial community of clerics, religious brothers and sisters, and lay persons, who make up the Order of the Most Holy Trinity and of the Captives. The order's founder, St. John de Matha is acknowledged as the spiritual father of the members of this family as they share in the Trinitarian charism and mission: a devotion to the Most Holy Trinity and the redemption of the captives of our day.
