Our next marketplace is our SUMMER event on AUGUST 27th, and we would LOVE for you to join us! Tables are still specially priced at $40 each, and we recommend you snap them up fast - the sooner you reserve, the more time we have to help promote YOUR GOODS! :o)




Hello, thanks for your interest in #theexchange popup shop bazaar!

#theexchange is a free popup marketplace featuring community commerce, music, art, light snacks, and a fun and accessible atmosphere. It takes place seasonally, @ Exittheapple Art Space: 2334 Guilford Ave., Baltimore 21218. The focus of the event is Community, Commerce, and Connection.

OUR HOTTEST EXCHANGE OF THE YEAR! (LITERALLY)

August 27th - Just in time for Back to School shopping!

COST: Our vending spaces are $40 and come with either a 4 or 6 foot table, 2 chairs, electricity if needed, free WiFi, and enthusiastic pre-promo through our social media and local newsletter.

SEMI-CURATED? We like to have a great mix of vendors, so we limit each category to two vendors max per event. Tables are reserved on a first come first serve basis per category, so that everyone at the event has a chance to shine! If your category is full it's a great idea to pre-book for a later date.

Example categories: fine art and prints, handcrafted jewelry, graphic tees, clothing (independent designer, vintage, or boutique), accessories for women/men/children, crafts, professional services, bags/purses/totes, gifts, home goods, spa products. We welcome caterers and restaurant owners to vend for the same low price, if free samples are provided to the visitors. Without sampling, the food vending booth cost goes up to $75.

TABLES: Most of our tables are 4 feet and a few are 5 or 6 feet; if you have a preference or will be bringing your own table, garment rack, or other display materials, please let us know when you reserve your space, so that we can organize the space to everyone's best advantage. Tables will be assigned on a first come first serve basis. We also like to keep the merchandise category in mind when assigning tables -- jewelry or small accessories can shine in a smaller space than used furniture or a garment rack. We all want you to win, and show your merchandise to its best advantage, so please communicate your preferences BEFORE the event so that setup goes smoothly. :o)

GOODIE BAGS: Anyone participating in the event as a vendor, community member or visitor should feel free to donate 25 small items, flyers, business cards or gifts for our first come, first served gift bags, sponsored by Oyin Handmade. Let us know if you would like to participate in this free marketing opportunity and we will give you mailing or dropoff instructions via email!

RESERVING YOUR SPACE: please use the options below to reserve your space, and if you are new to us, please followup with an email describing your business and including any social media or web/etsy links. We do recommend booking your space early, as the vending spots fill quickly, and popular categories often book a month or two in advance.
