Join Seattle Interactive and Thinknear for a networking breakfast, keynote presentation and a panel talk exploring the future of location-based marketing.

Location-based data and technologies are changing the way consumers, devices and marketers interact. Data and connectivity are enabling new kinds of marketing networks that provide brands with tools to better engage their customers. We'll take a deep-dive on the data to highlight real use-cases for marketers, including a really cool sneak peak at how location will impact the emergence of connected cars.




Keynote Presentation:


BRETT KOHN | President & GM - THINKNEAR

Brett is the President and General Manager of Thinknear, responsible for setting the strategic vision and product roadmap for Thinknear's location-based marketing platform. Brett oversees all product, marketing, and engineering functions at Thinknear.

As a mobile and location evangelist, Brett works with the IAB, MMA, and other leading marketers to develop tools, research, and industry initiatives enabling marketers to more effectively engage with mobile consumers.

Prior to Thinknear, Brett developed monetization strategy for Telenav and led growth strategy efforts as a management consultant for a number of Fortune 1000 brands including United Airlines and General Mills. Brett is based in Silicon Valley where he and his wife spend their time chasing two toddler daughters while negotiating for matching shoes.

DAVID SHIM | Founder & CEO - PLACED

David is the Founder and CEO of Placed. Previously David held the roles of Director of Product and Operations at Quantcast. As Director of Product he drove Quantcast Marketer from idea to an audience platform used by over 300+ advertisers across 6 billion actions a month. David pivoted to Director of Operations as part of the launch of Quantcast Lookalikes the primary revenue generating product for the company.

Prior to Quantcast, David has held leadership roles at WebTrends, and Farecast (acquired by Microsoft in 2008). Two out of the last 4 companies David has worked at have either had "cast" in the name, or were acquired by Microsoft. David ranks #1 on Google for "Third Party Ad Serving".


BRIAN RAUSCHENBACH | Marketing Director - ADD3 & Founder - SEATTLE INTERACTIVE

Born as an army brat in the heart of the Steel City of Youngstown, OH, raised in Germany and California. Brian is President at Add3 digital marketing agency, serial entrepreneur, proud dad to two girls, Arsenal FC soccer supporter, and an old school hip-hop DJ who has been an active internet industry leader for 19+ years. He was nominated as one of "The Most Influential People of 2005" by Seattle Magazine's. He's a lefty, prefers Hornitos tequila, air-cooled vintage VWs and has a record collection of 7,000+ pieces.
