Beans are anything but boring! No really! Beans are insanely versatile and health supportive and are an essential part of a healthy diet.

Come learn about the health benefits of beans and how to use them in easy, versatile ways! We will make 9-12 bean-focused recipes that are all plant-based, gluten-free and oil free! In this 3-hour class we will learn, cook and eat ridiculously healthy food! Class size is small so you get a lot of one on one attention!

Some questions you might have:

What does plant-based mean? Plant-based means we focus on whole grains, beans/legumes, vegetables, fruit, nuts & seeds. The menu in this class is completely vegan, gluten-free (not a certified gluten-free kitchen) and oil-free.

Do I need any cooking skills to participate? Nope! We will work together and learn about different cooking techniques and cooking equipment. All skill levels are welcome!

What do I need to bring? Just yourself! All equipment and ingredients are provided for you.
