Our Ethics Expert Panel:

  • A Chief Development Officer
  • An Attorney

Every person and organization have their goals and objectives. Doing what's right can be challenging in situations that entail diminished mental capacity, potential family relationships conflicts, meanwhile meeting the nonprofits financial challenges.

Join us in a lively discussion about ethics with these 3 experts.

  1. What do you do when you suspect a donor with slightly diminished mental capacity?
  2. How do you help the donor carry out their wishes, meanwhile in-sure there's peace within the family?
  3. The pros and cons of gift planning individually with the donor or a coordinated team of advisors?
