What you sell isn't necessarily what people buy...

If you're in business, then it's likely that you sell something that people need (or want). But there's a pretty good chance that what you sell isn't necessarily what your customers are actually buying. Our host this month is a great example - we'll be meeting at Showtime Transportation. Technically they are a transportation company that supplies limos or buses to help people get from point A to point B.

But that's not how they see it. What their customers are buying is a great experience - a way to make their big day even better. Technically it's transportation - but if you want to really succeed in the long run, it has to be more than that.

With prom season right around the corner, this will be an exciting and timely entrepreneurial story to hear. Hors d'oeuvres and drinks will be provided with your admission tickets.
