The EmpowHERment Experience, a women’s leadership development conference, defines leadership as: "the distinct ways in which leaders use their development of self-awareness and social identities to interact and shape the world around them." This initiative seeks to translate the leadership character of women into action, bring awareness to the art of leadership as an interdependent identity journey, and promote holistic wellness and justice for self and others. The EmpowHERment Experience centers the experiences of women but is open to people of all genders.
