THE EMBODIED LUTEAL PHASE
the luteal phase is the body’s truth-teller — the autumn of the cycle. it’s where the surface softens, where what’s been ignored begins to speak. it’s not the time to shrink or smooth your edges, but to meet them — to listen.
in this three-hour workshop, we’ll explore the wilderness within: the deep intelligence of the luteal phase, the role of anger as a sacred messenger, and the ways boundaries shape our premenstrual experience. part education, part embodiment, part ritual — this circle invites you to return to yourself through conversation, journaling, and a simple thread-bound exercise of claiming your space.
together, we’ll learn how to support mind, body, and spirit through the premenstrual phase — especially for those navigating pms, pmdd, or perimenopause — and how to read those symptoms as signals rather than failures.
and this work extends beyond the menstrual cycle:
we all live under the moon. we all wax and wane. whether you bleed or not, if you feel the pull of the season — the call to listen more deeply, to meet your own edges, to release what no longer fits — there is space for you here.
bring:
a yoga mat, cushion, journal, and your favourite mug .— anything that helps you feel grounded and cozy. a few will be available in the space.
you’ll leave with:
a deeper understanding of the luteal phase and its teachings, embodied tools for meeting anger and boundary-setting with grace, and a renewed sense of cyclical balance — both within and beyond the body.
