Description

Since January 2018, Chinese tariffs on foreign imports overall have dropped, but tariffs on US exports have risen dramatically. “a substantial gap has emerged between Chinese duties facing US exporters and those facing exporters in the rest of the world,” according to recent research conducted by Chad Bown, Reginald Jones Senior Fellow at the Peterson Institute for International Economics and co-host of the Trade Talks podcast. Please join the US-China Business Council to hear Chad discuss these and other findings on the economic impacts of the Trump administration’s China trade policies.
