Day2:   Disproportionality in the Child Welfare System, Kinship Placement Panel, When to Mandamus Temporary Orders, Overview of Federal Child Welfare Law, Studies on the Impact of Transracial Placement, Racial Genocide in the Child Welfare System, Gate Keeper Hearing on Issues of Race, Legislative Updates
