The Downtown KC Venue Tour

The KC Venue Tour is a single day event where engaged couples are welcomed to tour and experience a variety of venues within the downtown area so they can find the perfect location for their upcoming wedding.

This event solves the first to-do on your checklist – to find a venue and secure a date for your wedding. The tour gives couples the chance to see several event spaces all at once, helping to narrow the search faster.

How It Works

1. You will be sent an educational PDF with each venue's information inside (capacity, food & beverage requirements, etc.) so you can map out which ones you wish to tour.
2. You will be given a "starting point" where you can park and begin your venue tour. You will check in and receive a wrist band.
3. Transportation will be running a loop and available for you to hop on and off at desired stops.
4. You can meet, tour, and learn more about the venues you're interested in (you may even see some you never knew about!)
5. Additional vendors, such as florists, caterers, cake decorators, etc. will be available to showcase their services to you.
6. You have the ability to book not only your venue but multiple vendors for your wedding all in one day, all within an easy-flowing environment.
