Description

The Doc Talk Show: Arab Stories

Meet Co-hosts: Colette Ghunim (Traces of Home, Mezcla Media Collective) and Sohib Boundaoui (Generation One). Enjoy a rare evening of short non-fiction films and conversations with two dynamic Arab American filmmakers whose personal stories are becoming remarkable films.

Each month Jeff Spitz presents a fresh new lineup of talented filmmakers who screen their short films, trailers and excerpts of works-in-progress. The evening always includes a variety of new and veteran talent as well as outstanding student filmmakers from across the city. Audiences get a chance to dine, drink and discuss timely issues and the craft of storytelling directly with filmmakers. Filmmakers from across the city enjoy connecting with each other and new audiences.

When: September 26th

Networking and food service starts at 6:30pm; show starts at 7:30pm.
