Sales Have Ended
When Wednesday night arrives and making dinner feels overwhelming, don’t panic. An intelligently stocked pantry makes delicious last-minute dinners possible. Learn to equip your pantry with four simple homemade condiments including harissa, cilantro-jalapeno adobo and pickled red onions, and taste each on our fluffy olive oil scrambled eggs. You’ll also participate in a taste test of our favorite must-have vinegars, oils and spices, and we'll share the best places to shop for them. Then we put the spoils of class to work to enjoy a Milk Street pantry dinner.
This is a hands-on cooking class led by Milk Street instructors.
