Ready to reconnect with your self? This is a nurturing and informative session exploring how disconnection from our bodies, spirits, and each other has been shaped by history, culture, and systems like racism and sexism. We’ll unpack how these forces live in us through the “4 I’s” (ideologies, institutions, internalized, interpersonal), reflect on our own embodiment, and learn simple tools to hold diffferent feelings and enhance ease and peace in these challenging times.
Workshop is offered at 3 sliding scale rates: $33, $75, and $130. Nobody is turned away. You can choose your rate when you arrive using venmo. Guide on pricing.

The topic is deep and can feel tender, but the tone is warm and grounded. Throughout the session, you’ll be invited to take care of yourself, pause as needed, and we’ll end with hopeful strategies and a centering practice (time permitting).
None! This is open to anyone curious about embodiment, burnout, and how culture and systems shape us. Whether you're new to these ideas or have been working with them for years, you’re welcome.
