The Diversity & Flexibility Alliance is pleased to introduce the Flex Success Leadership Institutea leadership program specifically designed for Senior Associates, Of Counsel, and Junior Partners working a flex or reduced hours schedule.  The Institute will commence with a welcome reception and opening workshop on October 23 where legal industry leaders will share their personal and professional success stories, followed by an intensive, day-long curriculum on October 24 taught by top industry experts.  Interactive workshops will include tools to teach participants to broaden their personal leadership style, business acumen, and communication proficiency while connecting with other aspiring leaders in the legal profession.  Year-long, quarterly, group check-ins will enable attendees to apply their newly acquired skills to enhance their professional, client, and organizational development. Space is limited so register early!  All Institute events and programming will take place at the Washington, DC office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher (1050 Connecticut Ave. NW).
