Elijah May, who is the co-founder and host of SocialGood.TV, has a sort of obsession with the power of culture in the workplace. In eight years of managing Hollywood productions and other high profile media events for the University of Southern California's public relations department, he learned first hand that the single greatest factor in collaboration and productivity is how people feel about their jobs. People who feel powerless, uninspired, or unappreciated only aim to get by, whereas people who feel empowered, inspired, and appreciated work harder, stay later, take on challenges that no one asks them to. Understanding this simple fact helped Elijah to develop critical relationships, both internally and externally, and accomplish things previously considered impossible. Now a Brand Officer and widely sought-after strategist, who receives requests to speak all over the US, Elijah adamantly maintains that a strong company culture is the bedrock of building a company that is greater than the sum of its parts.

Linda Asaf is an Austin-based fashion designer specializing in what she describes as 'Social Clothing' which includes outfits a woman would wear in social settings like a party, dinner or night out on the town. She is also a couturier creating luxury wedding gowns and investment pieces for private clients. In a highly creative industry like fashion design, it is important to create a culture that fosters individuality with a point of view. She believes that part of being a good leader is to inspire not only her clients but also her employees and achieves that by creating an atmosphere that encourages fresh ideas. In fact, her design studio's motto is 'Indulge'!

In addition to leading Harte-Hanks’ technology-focused digital agency on a day to day basis, Kevin also spends a great deal of time collaborating with customers, partners and anyone who’ll listen on advanced direct and digital marketing tactics. Kevin’s home base is Austin, TX.
