Diversity AdvantageDo you want to be most effective in communicating with people who are different from you? Participants in this class identify ways to reduce misperceptions and increase communication effectiveness with others in the work environment: superiors, peers, subordinates, and customers. Participants assess their own values and styles and those of the organization, and learn tools to improve multicultural communication across differences.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Trainings with the Illinois Department of Human Rights - Institute for Training and Development are accessible to and usable by persons with disabilities in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 and the Illinois Human Rights Act.

Failure to comply may result in suspension of future training privileges.
