Find a creative cure for the everyday stress & anxiety. We know that talking about some things isn't easy, so using art can help make the process simpler to "get out of your head".

The goal is to conquer stress by gaining a better self-understanding and exploring one’s creative side to discover happiness. No prior artistic skill needed. Every artwork created during the session becomes equally special because of the thoughts that go behind it.

Project Human X provides a creative outlet to cope with stress & anxiety in our everyday lives using a creative mix of art and mental health.

Each workshop will comprise of 2-3 therapeutic art exercises alongside a short guided meditation and breathing exercises.

There is not going to be any competition, comparison, judgement or interpretation of artworks created during the workshop. You are NOT required to share or talk about your work with anyone.

What is Therapeutic Art?

Therapeautic art is using the creative process to help people cope with past experiences and gain personal insight.

The American Art Therapy Association describes art therapy as an "integrative mental health and human services profession that enriches the lives of individuals, families and communities through active art-making, creative process, applied psychological theory, and human experience within psychotherapeautic relationship".

Do you want to join but you have a small child but no babysitter? Add the "Small Child" Ticket to have them taken care of in our next door splatter party room. This is for children 3+. They will paint and have fun among other children including our own (3 year old toddler).

Each session will include activities to provoke personal insight and emotional reflection. The workshop will be guided by Marquez & Cree
