Here's a few testimonials from people who have previous attended:
OMG, WOW! I am happily living IN THE MOMENT just about all the time and if I wander I soon come back. Non-resistance, non-attachment and non-judgement are easy. Lots of creative thoughts also floating around - I will give these time to settle and crystalise before I do anything with them - but I feel BIG life changes afoot - how exciting! Lissa, Saffron Walden.
I really enjoyed the confidence workshop. It’s opened my eyes to understanding what is holding me back and how to address it. Thank you. Jon Allen, Melton Mowbray
Who would have thought that I’d arrive one person and leave totally different. I feel enlightened, you were wonderfully supportive and had loads of ‘tricks’ up your sleeve to deal with any situation. It has been an absolute joy. J Hutchinson, Huntingdon
Thank you for such an enjoyable day. Your workshop is amazing & completely changed me and my thoughts in just one day. I am definitely going home full of new confidence and the knowledge on how to continue to gain confidence. Maisie O’Boyle, Wellingborough
