Event description

Description

DUE TO THE LEARNING PREPERATION FOR THIS COURSE, ENROLLMENT CUT OFF WILL BE ONE MONTH PRIOR TO THE WORKSHOP DATE. (EXAMPLE - TO ATTEND THE SESSION ON 19TH OCTOBER YOU MUST HAVE BOOKED BY 19TH SEPTEMBER)

We think that managers in business should all be commercial. They should be efficient, quick thinkers, focused on the end goal and above all be commercially aware of not only their own, but their teams effect, on the wider business success. They should be the people in the middle of it all making sure that stuff gets done.

Some managers have these skills and some don't but what we do know is they certainly aren't going to get them by reading a book or listening to a lecture. These skills need to be experienced in a real environment and put into practice.

The course itself lasts for 2 months and uses a true blended approach to being a commercial manager. Using a mixture of distance learning and experiential face to face learning, we close the learning cycle and bring measureable results back to the business at the end of it.

A month before attending the face to face session you will be added to our learning management system where you will have chance to interact with your cohort and complete some online exercises. Once you have attended the session on the date specified we will then follow this up for a further month with some more peer to peer learning and support, not only from us but from your cohort. We implement a final piece of e-learning to ensure what you have learned is embedded back into your workplace and finally follow this with a full report of your performance along with your completion certificate.
