The Colored Folks Goodtime Hour is a biting satirical film set in the 1950's about a fictional all 'colored" T.V. show and its flamboyant and controversial "OUT" host, Cherry Cola Pitts. In the plot, the show is threatening to topple I Love Lucy in the ratings. Written, directed and starring writer Vincent Victoria, the film is funded in part by the City of Houston and Houston Arts Alliance.
