Event description
An event that will equip and empower practitioners who want to be intentional and build capacity around cultural responsiveness and humility

About this Event

This 3-hour experiential training is for social workers and community professionals that work with vulnerable populations, wanting to build capacity around enhancing how they engage communities of color. The focus will be on learning tools, techniques, and strategies on improving positive outcomes for children and families involved in the child welfare system, and galvanize a collective impact approach to reduce adverse risk factors, using a family-centered, culturally conscious, and community-based framework
