Each webinar focuses on one of the pillars of a Coach Development Framework, covering:

✅ Game

Principles of Play & Practice Design: Explore how styles, tactics, and phases of the game shape practice planning. Learn how to design practices that replicate game demands and develop game intelligence.

✅ Coaching

Planning, Observation & Intervention Strategies: Discover how to build season-long curricula and medium-term plans that focus on player growth. Learn how to intervene effectively in real time to meet players’ needs across the 4 corners.

✅ Player

Individual Development & 4 Corner Application: Understand how to tailor your coaching to individual player profiles using the six capabilities framework. Learn how to layer learning, build confidence, and create psychologically informed environments.

The programme will be delivered by UEFA A Licence and FA Advanced Youth Award Coaches, with extensive experience in:

• EPPP Academy Football
• Coach mentoring and education
• Designing and implementing club-wide curricula
