The CMC/DHK 5K Training Program
This 10 week training program has everything you need to successfully prepare and train to walk or run a 5K.
Training begins the first week of February.
There are 3 tracks to accommodate all levels and abilities. Our goal is to encourage everyone to get up and moving. This program is truly for ANYONE AND EVERYONE!
You will choose a training track during registration. Each track has a specific training schedule you will follow on your own time. We will support you through weekly emails, opportunities for group walks and runs, monthly education sessions about walking and running basics, proper footwear and apparel, injury prevention and nutrition.
