About this event
Kick off your summer by registering for one of our Open House events! We're hosting a whole week of complimentary* events so you can experience the local's resort and see why our members love being a part of the Claremont Club community. We welcome you to register for one or more events below, and join us for a fantastic week!
Registration is required. All events are complimentary.* Participation is limited. Please unregister yourself if you are unable to make it, so that we can give your spot to someone else. Each family can register up to 6 people per event. If an event fills up, please join our waiting list and you will be notified if a spot opens up.
Your safety is our priority. During our Celebration Week, we are fortunate to be able to offer both indoor and outdoor events —under our outdoor pavilion and on our beautiful 19 acre grounds.
*All events are complimentary with the exception of our Girls' Day Out event, which is $25 per person.
FRIDAY, MAY 20
AQUATICS MASTERS SWIM 6:00 to 7:00 am
Masters swim provides a fun and supportive group environment in which individuals set their own goals—competitive, fitness or otherwise. It is beneficial to anyone who is able to swim laps and is interested in improving stroke technique, fitness, or who just wants to share their love for swimming with others. Adults only.
LOW IMPACT STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING 9:30 to 10:00 am
This class will focus on increasing your strength and conditioning by utilizing low impact strength and conditioning exercises. Benefits include an increase in bone density, increase in balance and stability, and an increase in joint stability and flexibility. All fitness levels are welcome.
KETTLEBELL BLAST 10:00 to 10:30 am
A back-to-basics Kettlebell class that improves your overall strength, endurance, flexibility and balance. All muscle groups are targeted including your cardio vascular fitness. A must try class for overall fitness and strength. All fitness levels welcome.
BODYPUMP/LES MILLS CORE & SMOOTHIES 11:30 am to 12:20 pm
Join us for BODYPUMP ®, LES MILLS CORE ® and Naked Juice smoothies. BODYPUMP ® is a barbell class based on THE REP EFFECT™, a proven formula that exhausts muscles using light weights and high repetitions, to sculpt, tone and strengthen the entire body. LES MILLS CORE® is a 30-minute class that mixes bodyweight exercises along with resistance tubing and plates to train the muscles of the core. Instructors will guide you through moves and give options, so it’s challenging yet achievable for every level of fitness.
PICKLEBALL FRIDAY FUN NIGHT 5:30 to 8:30 pm
Join us for a little Pickleball fun on Friday night with drinks and charcuterie snacks. This event is for adults and teens who already know how to play pickleball. It is open play with other members and games are played to 11 points (win by 2).
SATURDAY, MAY 21
INTRO TO RACQUETBALL, SQUASH AND HANDBALL 9:00 to 10:00 am
Join us for an introduction to the world of indoor racquet sports! Learn the basics of racquetball, squash or handball. Try 1 or all 3! All you need is to show up and we will take care of the rest including all the equipment. You are guaranteed to have fun!

Learn what Pilates is all about! This intro Reformer class will teach the fundamentals of Pilates and introduce you to all the benefits Pilates has to offer—core-focus, strength & mobility, flexibility, balance, posture & more!
MENTAL HEALTH AWARENESS: MIND YOUR HEALTH 11:00 am to 12:00 pm
An in-house presentation by Master Trainer Jojo identifying the issues surrounding mental health; topics will include depression and treatment, how exercise impacts the brain, what exercises will help, and the role of nutrition.
PICKLEBALL INTRO YOUTH CLINIC 11:00 am to 12:00 pm
This free clinic is for youth (aged 10-14 years) that will introduce them to basic strokes and rules of the game. No prior experience necessary. All equipment provided.
GIRLS’ DAY OUT 2:00 to 4:00 pm $25
Rest, relax and rejuvenate! Join us for an afternoon of relaxation with sauna, steam, and jacuzzi. You'll be pampered and celebrated while you enjoy refreshing champagne and charcuterie. Treat yourself today! Come prepared with a bathing suit, robe and slippers. Pre-registration with payment is required. The cost for this event is $25. SUNDAY, MAY 22
SUNDAY INDOOR CYCLE 9:00 to 10:00 am
Join us for a fun and challenging cycle class on our Keiser bikes. You will get a great cardio workout, as well as build endurance, strength, power and mental fortitude. Many types of terrains are simulated during your ride. SPD clips are needed for cycling shoes, but cycling shoes are not required to participate.
INTRO TO PICKLEBALL CLINIC 11:00 to 12:00 pm
Learn how to play the hottest new sport sweeping the nation. This intro to pickleball class is for adults with no prior experience. Learn the rules of the game and some basic skills, all while having fun. All equipment is provided. Adults only.
FAMILY FUN DAY AT THE POOL 11:00 to 4:00 pm
Join us for a Family Fun Day at the pool with music, beach balls and Otter Pops!
MONDAY, MAY 23
INTRO TO AQUAFIT 9:00 to 9:45 am
Water is the fitness equalizer. Using the resistive and buoyant properties of the water, this class will help to improve your muscular and cardiovascular endurance, core strength and range of motion. Perfect class for all levels!
CARDIO TENNIS 9:30 to 10:30 am
Be ready to move. This high energy class combines tennis drills with a cardio workout that will make you sweat. All levels welcome - go at your own pace. Ages 18 and over.
COMPLIMENTARY INBODY ASSESSMENT 9:30 to 11:00 am
This Inbody Assessment will include a biometric analysis of your weight, body composition and BMI. It provides valuable insights into your health and wellness and will help us prepare you for next steps in your fitness journey.

CLASSIC POWER PLATE 12:00 to 12:30 pm
Challenging, fast-paced class designed to improve strength and increase cardio endurance. No class is ever the same twice. All fitness levels are welcome.
STRETCHING FOR A HEALTHY BACK 12:30 to 1:00 pm
Using the foam roller to break up adhesions, followed by stretching to improve mobility, we will strengthen the core and improve posture with a whole-body approach. All fitness levels are welcome.
TRX CARDIO KICKBOXING. 4:30-5:15 pm
Learn to use the trx straps effectively and combine cardio kickboxing for a full body and heart pounding cardio workout. Bring your hand wraps and boxing gloves if you have them. Bring your water bottle and energy with you!
REFORMER 101 5:30 to 6:15 pm

Come bring the kids or entire family to our Bubble Bonanza and Water Slide event at our South Field! This special event is for members and non-members. Everyday Childcare will have a new activity for the kids to participate in at either time.
CIRCUIT TRAINING 9:00 to 9:30 am
A fast paced class that builds cardiovascular endurance while improving muscular strength. Various pieces of equipment will be used. All Fitness levels welcome.

RECREATIONAL TENNIS FOR KIDS 5:00 to 6:00 pm
This beginner level class will teach kids ages 7 to 12 to the basics of tennis—racquet grip, basic strokes and movement to the ball. No experience necessary. A fun way to introduce kids to the game.

BODYCOMBAT CARDIO WORKOUT 6:00 to 7:00 pm
We strike, punch and kick, but without contact. Participants get their whole bodies fit and strong, burn massive calories, relieve stress, feel empowered and have a blast!
PILATES & BARRE INSPIRED POWERPLATE 6:30 to 7:00 pm
Inspired by the Pilates Reformer and Barre exercises, the vibration from the Power Plate adds a unique challenge for these already great exercises. All fitness levels welcome.

POWER PLATE 9:00 to 9:30 am

HAPPY HOUR PILATES CIRCUIT WORKOUT & MIMOSAS! 12:00 to 12:45 pm
Burn calories, build strength and break a sweat with a total body Pilates circuit workout! This class utilizes a variety of equipment and is designed to work your core, burn fat, develop muscle and increase your heart rate, all while focusing on the Pilates principles doing simple and effective exercises. Mimosa mixer to follow class!
PEE WEE TENNIS CLASS 4:00 to 5:00 pm
A class that teaches kids ages 4 to 7 the basic skills needed for tennis through fun games and drills. Designed to develop hand-eye coordination and movement to the ball in a fun, supportive environment.
TRX CARDIO KICKBOXING. 4:30-5:15 pm

SUNRISE YOGA 6:00 to 7:00 am
Get your day started in the best way as you create heat in the body, find balance and build strength. We move from one posture to another seamlessly. Focus on your breath work via deep stretching, and get energized with this powerful flow.

Improve your balance and coordination with easy to learn body weight exercises, Bosu Ball, and other small equipment. All fitness levels are welcome.
