So what does it mean to check-in?
With so much going on - the mere nature of the beast that New York City is - we can easily lose track of what’s important: feeling grounded and connected in our work and inside ourselves. Checking in is all about calling up your best self so you can shine infront and behind the camera. Our class fosters a sense of community and appreciation for what's unique about you and your class members. We'll share exercises, techniques and insights to build strong habits and infuse mindfulness into how you approach and embody the work. Our time together will be intimate, fun and inspiring. Check out what our students are saying...
"Truly an answer to my "what the hell am I doing, God?" - Leila Graham, Actress/Comic
"The support in the room was an amazing thing! It's so great to feel that and you two are so genuine, it's refreshing. I know I'd like to find someone who can represent me commercially or that I can freelance with this year. Your workshop felt like a step in that direction." - Martin Rees, Actor/UCB Improviser
"I had a fantastic time in your class. It was most informative as well. The calm and slowing down approach was exactly what I needed to hear. It was so nice to feel at home in a classroom setting from start to finish. Everyone there was so interesting and pleasant as good at acting." - Michele Marinace, Actress
"Thank you for enabling others into this career and life with more glow." - Natalie Deryn Johnson, VO Actor/Dancer
