Working in Equality, Diversity & Inclusion does feel like a 'calling' at times doesn't it?

Practitioners are often activists, community champions, role models and servant leaders at heart; we are from different backgrounds, with different life and work experiences and we have a variety of skill sets. But we face similar challenges which we must meet, sometimes with very little in the way of training and practical insight.

The D&I Strategic Network is keen to respond to this challenge by offering members and associates the opportunity to meet regularly to develop the practical skills and theoretical understanding that will help us all to exceed in our role and give us the tools to drive the EDI agenda forward in our respective organisations. Topics will be based on common issues we all face or case studies presented by an attendee (to be agreed in advance). We welcome requests to host a session, please contact the network if you would like to support our work, we are able to provide a nominal payment for your time.
