  • Am I doing the right things?
  • If I spend my money on that, will it help me close sales?
  • If marketing isn’t ‘my lane’, what do I really, really need to know?
  • What do I need for MY business? (I’m unique you know!)

I get it.  You’re begging us ‘Marketing Types’ to keep it simple.  So I decided it was time to bring it all together and de-mystify the hype that’s out there around what you need.  Especially if you’re in the first 5 years of your business (although this tool is timeless and used by all successful companies, small and large).

This tool can make the difference between making money and going broke in your business.  It’s a tool that I’ve personally used to earn multiple-six-figure pay days, and I don’t go into any new year or plan my upcoming programs and services without it.

I call it:  The CA$H CALENDAR.

I’ve put together a Half-Day Workshop designed to get you clear on when you will make those juicy offers, who you need to make them happen and how to engage your potential and current customers online and offline. 


Here’s the "what":

  • You will receive pre-work to come into the session, including questions on the programs or offerings you already have or are planning to release.  If you already have a Business or Entrepreneurial Coach, that’s awesome.  They are helping you with your bigger plans and multiple revenue streams.  The Ca$h Calendar supports the work you are already doing with your coach.
  • You will receive a Marketing Basics video training – offline and online strategies (including email newsletters, blogs, social media, etc.) that you must know and must enact at any level in your business.
  • The components of a solid Ca$h Calendar – what tactics you absolutely need
  • Budgeting to support the Ca$h Calendar – because the truth is, you may need to hire someone (or learn how to do it yourself) to execute on the marketing plan.
  • How to truly activate the plan and put in motion with velocity.

I want to eliminate all of the guesswork, reactive and wasteful activities and lack of confidence when it comes to marketing your business.  I want you to focus on making money doing what you love.  Period.

 

Here’s how it will go down (and what you’ll get):

  • A half-day live online workshop where we do all the things I mentioned above.  It will be part lesson, part brainstorm and part action. 
  • There will be devoted work time reserved during the workshop to actually create your Ca$h Calendar.
  • Three (3) group follow-up training calls taught by me, which will be focused on putting all of your Ca$h Calendar tactics in full motion.
  • Pre-Workshop Worksheets so you can come prepared to get down and hit the road running. The worksheets will ask you to answer some important questions about your business and get you set up to win in 2013.  You will send the worksheets back to me prior to the half-day session so I can get an intimate awareness of the great things you plan on bringing to the world this year.
  • Your very own Ca$h Calendar that will be your marketing guide all year
  • Full recordings and worksheets so you can ‘rinse-and-repeat’ this plan and process every year going forward! (even without me).
  • A post-Workshop Facebook Community Page where you can share ideas as a group and support each other pronto.

Worthy of Noting:  Before, during and after the Live Workshop, you will be creating your Ca$h Calendar, I will not actually be creating it for you. This is YOUR plan, but I will be there for you, every step of the way.  Besides the benefits you’ve already seen above, when you do the work, you will see how powerful your business can really be by owning what you need to do.  Again, I’ll be there with you, guiding and cheering you on.  But you will be the one who actually fills in the blanks and decides to take action on what you create.

  • Follow-up Group Calls:  Wednesdays Jan 23, Jan 30, Feb 6 – 12Noon–1:00PM PST

* The entire Workshop and Follow-Up calls will be recorded – so if you can’t make it live or miss part of it, no worries.  You will still be given all of the tools, worksheets and lessons to get your personal Ca$h Calendar done.


Investment:

$175.  There are only 10 seats available.

I’m also encouraging you to bring a team member who will help support you to execute your Ca$h Calendar.  And it’s only $50 additional to bring them to the workshop!  The class is limited to only 1 team member so we can keep the class manageable and in full service.

FAQs

1. Do I need to be available for the full 4 hours? 

It would be optimal if you did make yourself available during the entire workshop, as this is how it’s designed to ideally work.  HOWEVER, if neither day work for you, you can still participate and get your CaSh Calendar done offline.  You’ll receive all the tools to do so. 

2. Do I need to do anything in advance of the Workshop?

Once you say YES, you will receive Pre-Workshop Worksheets to help shape your strategy so that you go into the session fully prepared and set up for success while we’re in workshop mode. 

3. What if I’m just starting out in my business, or I’ve been in business for awhile now.  Is this for me?

For absolutely sure.  All business owners need a plan, at whatever stage their business is in.   Marketing is the lifeblood of all businesses and being CONSISTENT in your marketing is one of the core pillars of business success.  When you have a Ca$h Calendar and ACT on it, the conversation around your business and the corresponding response to it will look very different than before you had a plan.

4.  These dates don't work for me, can we work something different out?

I’d love to accommodate everyone, but these are the dates we have available.  And, we’re only doing this in January because I want you to get as much ahead of the game in 2013 as possible. 

If you’d like to work one-on-one with me, we can talk about that.  Email me at jen@jenniferkem.com and we’ll be able to see if we can make something work.  However, it is in my own Ca$h Calendar for 2013 that I will not be doing any more one-on-ones unless you’re in a one year strategic business relationship with my company.  That’s another benefit of the Ca$h Calendar, sticking with it gives you laser focus around your goals!  (see I really use it too!)

5. Will you give me one-on-one attention during and after the Workshop?

Yes and no.  I’ll be available via chat and email during the Workshop days, and some light email coaching between the Workshop and the 3 Follow-up Group Calls.  If you want individual coaching on your plan, we can discuss that after you’ve created your Ca$h Calendar.

6.  Will the 3 Follow-up Calls be Live?  And what if I can’t make those dates?

Yes, they will be live, and they will be recorded so you won’t miss anything.  Plus we’ll keep the Facebook Community Page alive and I will be everpresent so you can ask me anything on the group page.  I’m not going away after the Workshop.
