Join us for an evening of cosy vibes at the beautiful Willowtree Glamping in the Heart of the Mournes, where we'll be weaving together the heart-opening magic of ceremonial cacao with the deep rest of yoga nidra (meditation) and an enchanting sound bath from instruments like bowls and chimes that relax the nervous system and restore inner balance.
