The SOFEI Group is excited to host its first C1B1 Summit! The goal of the summit is to decrease the ambition gap among women and girls of color by showcasing the contribution women of color are making to create an equitable culture in their place of work, business, community, and society as a whole. This year's theme is "Bridging Business and Career Success among Women and Girls of Color."

Marian Wright Edelman states, "You Can't be What You Can't See." And, summit attendees can expect to be informed and inspired with intriguing and powerful conversations led by women of color panelists that represent excellence in academia, business, and corporate America.
