About this event
The Butcher's Ball Farm to Table Dinner Series expands on our flagship ranch event by bringing together Texas’ top chefs, butchers, farmers and ranchers in various markets throughout the state. Together, we connect Texas' culinary, agricultural communities while inviting diners in to experience their story.
For our 2022 Spring Dinner, we have partnered with CityPlace to create a memorable evening celebrating three of Houston’s biggest names: Chefs Dawn Burrell, Evelyn Garcia, and Sasha Grumman. Diners can expect an evening of diverse cuisines rooted in a shared philosophy of supporting our local farmers and ranchers.
Our chefs will be cooking with Fire! Mill Scale Metalworks will be bringing in their gorgeous pits for the evening.
This ticketed dinner will kick-off at 6pm with a signature cocktail from MKT Distillery and appetizers by City Place eatery Sushi Rebel Chef Daniel Chang. At 7pm, guests will be seated to enjoy a curated, four-course dinner with an optional $50 add-on wine pairing presented by Natalie Vaclavik, she will be pouring Jonata, The Hilt Estate and The Paring.
Live music will be provided by Austin's darling, Sophia Johnson.
Your dinner ticket also includes access to the exclusive Yelp Elites Whiskey Under the Stars tasting event that evening from 8 :00 pm to 10:30 pm. The whiskey tasting event will offer samplings from Still Distilling and Old Humble Distilling Company, cigar rolling, and more live music!
