Description
Fork & Wrench is excited to introduce a whole new friendly competition between talented, local chefs and our own Chef Corey Laub! Each edition of the Butcher Battle Series will focus on a specific protein...our first of which will be the ever classic, PORK. Joining us for the Pork Edition will be Gnocco's Chef Brian Lavin hailing from Highlandtown and the talented Chef Jesse Sandlin from Federal Hill's The Outpost American Tavern! A portion of the proceeds for each dinner will be donated to support the Houston victims from Hurricane Harvey through the Austin Disaster Relief Network.
Guest will enjoy three courses, one course from each of the chef highlighting their take on the gloriousness that is pork, and three paired cocktails from each of the restaurants. Then, we'll ask each guest to vote for their favorite course, votes will be tallied, and a winner will emerge!
