This year’s The Business of Social Work: 2016 NASW Illinois Chapter Conference is the largest gathering of social work professionals in the state, bringing together over 300 social work leaders, practitioners, nonprofit professionals, and more. Taking place this year in Lisle, IL, The Business of Social Work Conference is a rare opportunity to network with other social workers. With three distinct educational tracks worth 7.0 CEUs, this year's conference will connect you to the newest trends, innovation, and practices that can help you strengthen and improve your business, future business, or managerial/leadership skills.
This is YOUR conference, so make sure to make the most of it! Pick and choose training and workshops, get involved in networking opportunities, seek out vendors right outside the educational workshops and most importantly bring your knowledge to share with other attendees!
All courses offered through the NASW Illinois Chapter meet the continuing education qualifications for LSWs, LCSWs, LPCs, LCPCs, LMFTs, RNs, APNs, LCPs, and LMFTs licensed in Illinois as required by the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR). NASW IL is also a Illinois State Board of Education-approved licensed professional development provider for PELs (formerly Type 73s) for school social workers.
