The Business Model Canvas* is a tool to simply and succinctly visualize your business model. By moving your business plan off paper and onto the Canvas, you are able to better assess areas of growth and innovation within your model in order to create, capture, and deliver optimal value to your end customers.
*Developed by Alex Osterwalder
Through this interactive session, you will learn how to answer the following questions:
What is the Business Model Canvas and how can it help me better understand my business model?
How can the Canvas be used to identify and validate assumptions, recognize areas for business model innovation, and model scenarios for decision making?
