The Westminster Ballroom Doors will open @ 11 AM. The book signing will run until 4 PM.
Authors will have 2 hours to unwind.
Events will resume @ 6 - 8 PM for dinner.
-Emails will be sent out for dinner menu options. Each attendee will get a gift. A token of appreciation. Tickets are sold separately.
After Party From 9 PM - 12 Midnight

(Blackjack, Poker, Roulette: Played with fake money. There will be 3 amazing prices available for the top 3 winners with the most money won. Prices will be announced during the event).

***Credit Cards will be accepted for every signing author in attendance.
- Can we preorder books?
Yes, it should be available in our website, www.thebookaffair.com/preorder
***WE WILL ANNOUNCE WHEN THE PAGE IS AVAILABLE (SOMETIME IN JANUARY 2015)***
+ We will have to ask our authors if they would be willing to participate. Please be advised that some might opt out for this option.
- Each attendee needs one ticket per each event (welcome party, book signing & after party).
The Author Signing is ONE DAY ONLY.

All participants must be 18 or older as of the date of the event

Champagne & wine are available purchase. Tickets with champagne included are sold separately for a different price.

- Is my ticket transferrable?
Yes, your ticket is definitely transferable as long as the attendee shows original purchase email/ticket.
- Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
It is not necessary. However, we highly advise you do so.
The price of your ticket is for ONE ENTRY ONLY.
- What is the refund policy?
NO REFUNDS.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
