**Please Note: If you reserve seating, please be seated BEFORE THE CONCLUSION OF THE FIRST WORSHIP SONG Otherwise your seats could be given to those who have arrived & did not reserve seating. The Bridge continues to have first-time attenders in almost every service. Also, if you reserve seating & then decide not to attend, please let us know via email (lauren@bridge4life.com) for reserving your seating. This will let us utilize the seating for others more quickly.
**When reserved seating is at full capacity standby seating is still available. Seating you & your family together is likely but can not be assured.**
**For TWO SATURDAYS ONLY (March 27th + April 3rd) the Children’s Ministry Wing will be open to ALL CHILDREN (birth - 6th grade) BridgeKids hopes you & your family can join us on Saturday evening for Palm Sunday + Easter Sunday Weekend!
1. Children’s Ministry – Children’s Ministry is available during the Saturday evening service for all elementary children only, 1st-6th grade. The preschool & nursery classrooms will be closed. Kindergarten & under are to remain with their parent(s). For the 2 Sunday morning services, the Children's Ministry will be open. Children’s Church will be available for all children up to 6th grade who can practice social distancing. Children that are unable to practice social distancing are to remain with their parent(s). If your children will be attending Children's Ministry please pre-register under Children's Ministry Ticket. If your children plan not attend Children's Ministry on Sunday morning do include in your Sanctuary Seating Ticket quantity. Any questions please send an email to: lauren@bridge4life.com
2. Parking – Parking will be in every other space. Please follow the directions and instructions of the team members in the parking lot.
3. Building Entry – Sanitizing stations will be at the doors as you enter the Ministry Center. Everyone is to sanitize their hands upon entering & exiting.
4. Beverage – No beverages of any type will be allowed to be brought into the Ministry Center. They must be discarded before entering.
5. Cafe’ – The café’ will be closed & partitioned off.
6. Registering For A Service – Everyone will be asked to register in advance of attending so that seats can be assigned. This will prevent us from exceeding the capacity limits under the reopening guidelines for churches. When you register, let us know which service you are coming to, how many are coming, & that you have read the disclaimer in regards to symptoms. Registration will end 3 hours before the start of each service time. Any issues registering please contact Lauren at lauren@bridge4life.com
7. Seating – A seating diagram has been created to allow families to sit together while maintaining a social distance of 6 feet from others. If you reserve seating, please be seated before the conclusion of the first worship song. Otherwise your seats could be given to those who have arrived & did not reserve seating.
8. Radios – Various team members will have radios so that they can communicate directions & changes as they need to occur in real time.
9. Symptoms – The Bridge has the right to refuse entry to anyone who may exhibit symptoms of being ill.
10. Length – While our services have generally been 1 hr 15 minutes, the service may conclude a little earlier.
11. Bulletin – For your safety, there will be no printed material/bulletin
12. Guests & First Time Attenders – Guests & first-time attenders will be invited to grab a gift bag at the connections table (but the gift won’t be handed to them).
13. Expectations – Our goal is to adhere to the guidelines given by the governor of Virginia.
14. Masks – We require you (ages 5 & up) to wear a mask as you enter the building and wear it until you are seated in your reserved seat. You can remove it for worship if you desire. But upon conclusion of the service, we require you to put the mask on again until you are outside the building.

16. Restrooms – Please exercise good judgment upon entering the restrooms so that social distancing can be maintained in this environment.
17. After Service – After service, team members will dismiss row by row (beginning in the back of the sanctuary) so as to maintain the social distancing guidelines.
18. Giving & Attendance Books – Everyone is encouraged to give online through SecureGive, by text to 540-680-3393 or by mail. However, there will be a place to give your offering at the doors of the sanctuary as you leave. The attendance books that are handed out will not be utilized at this time.
19. Cleaning – Team members will clean/sanitize after each service.
20. Promotion – Please help us spread the word about the service times, guidelines & pre-registration.
21. Stage Personnel – People on stage will not wear masks.
22. Wristbands - As you arrive into the Ministry Center please choose a plastic colored wristband to wear that will be provided at each entrances. If possible please keep them for reuse in future services. Should you forget to bring it or need to change colors, there will always be an ample supply as you enter.
23. Final Thoughts – Please be patient, gracious & flexible as procedures are figured out & implemented. This is a tremendous opportunity for us, as followers of Christ, to be an example. As caution is exercised, do not let fear control you.
