Event Details

The National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) of Washington State is hosting The Brainpower Chronicles: Mental Health Stories, NAMI Washington's annual storytelling event. This year we will have two performances: an evening performance on Saturday, November 10 at 7pm and the afternoon of Sunday, November 11 at 2pm.

Featuring professional storyteller Bill Bernat, and six individuals sharing their stories of how they have been affected by mental illness and their journeys toward recovery, this event will entertain, fight stigma, build community, and support the work of NAMI Washington and the 20 NAMI affiliates in Washington State.

We are pleased to announce that Bill Radke, host of KUOW-FM's The Record and Week In Review will be our emcee on November 10!

Discounted tickets are available for those with a limited income; please call Tom Lane at 206-971-1596 or tlane@namiwa.org
