The Mediterranean diet has received wide acclaim for the many positive health effects it exerts. This talk will explore the multiple benefits a Mediterranean diet and lifestyle has on mood, cognitive function and overall brain health.

About the Speaker:

Dr. Sam Pappas is a board-certified physician in Internal Medicine. He completed medical school at Pennsylvania State College of Medicine and training (including a year as Chief Resident) at Case Western Reserve University/University Hospital in Cleveland, Ohio. He has been in practice for over 15 years in a variety of positions including roles as a clinician, educator, and private practice physician. Dr. Pappas’ intellectual curiosity helped him reconnect with the wisdom of his ancient and modern Greek forefathers to obtain balance, optimize his vitality, and attain his personalized goals.
