The New Year, New Intention workshop in December kicks off our upcoming 2017 series on body kindness. Dates are TBI and will be posted after the December 4th workshop.
This 8 session yoga series will address the following:
- Awareness & Education on our relationship to our bodies. what has influenced that relationship, and getting into our bodies
- How to cultivate Tolerance, Kindness, & Respect towards where we are now
- Emotions in the body
- Tools on how to move towards kindness and therefore acceptance
In this series we will:
- practice yoga asana, breathwork, meditation, visualization
- utilize the arts to express ourselves
- journal for reflection
- build a community of supportive people who understand any body struggles we may have
This series is appropriate for anyone wanting to be kind to their bodies. Whether you struggle with body kindness because of your past, weight, race, size, ability, aging, illness, or more; we invite you to join us. No yoga experience is necessary. SPACE IS LIMITED.
