Description

A 1-day workshop to make peace with your body. Learn how to accept your body as it is today without having to lose or gain anything! This workshop is exclusively designed for women.

Using her proprietary methodology the Body Neutrality Framework Stephanie Dodier, Clinical Nutritionist will teach how you become a confident woman in the body right you have right now unconditionally.

By the end of this workshop,

  1. You'll learn the process of self-acceptance with your body

  2. You'll know how to have a neutral mindset with your body

  3. You'll know how to turn off the negative self-talk

  4. You'll begin to develop an approach of self-compassion with yourself.

  5. You'll understand why it's not your fault that you struggle with your body image

  6. You'll create new beliefs about your body images

Everything you'll learn during this workshop is centered about our 4 core pillars inside the Going Beyond The Food Method™️: Body Trust, Body Respect, Body Wisdom and Body Neutrality. During the workshop, you'll also be introduced to Health At Every Size principals which as centric to the Body Neutrality Framework.

Our teaching is a combination of intellectual and experiential learning.

All you need to bring is you, a pen, a copy of your paid receipt and comfortable clothes, layers is a better approach so you can stay comfortable throughout the day. Lunch will be provided along with a complete workbook and copies of all teaching material so you don't even need to take notes!
