The Boar's Head Feaste

A splendid Medieval Feaste and costumed pageant will take place in the Springfield Masonic Temple under candlelight January 17-18 & 24-25th at 7:30pm, doors open at 7pm. The great hall of an English 15th Century manor will be filled with madrigal singers, mummers, dancers, jesters and medieval and renaissance vocal and instrumental pieces - known as the "Feaste of Epiphany."

Join the Lord and Lady of the Manor, the Lord of Misrule, our Herald and Madrigal Singers as the trumpet fanfares announce each delectable course of a fine dinner created just for you (included in the ticket price). After dinner is served enjoy the Oxfordshire St. George play, first recorded in 1360 AD at Oxford. Early reservations are encouraged as this event will sell out quickly. We hope that you will be transported to an earlier time where the sacred and secular intermingled while we celebrate the season with feasting and merriment.
