Event description

Description

Building on the tremendous success of the Liftstream Annual Diversity Conference which we hold in Boston, USA, the event will come to London for the first time in 2017, co-hosted with MedCity. This free-to-attend executive forum will discuss the issue of executive and board diversity in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical sectors.

Leadership diversity is an issue which is being discussed by most company board of directors. This event will profile the latest research, best practice and insights for industry leaders. We will openly debate the business performance and cultural advantages of diversity, including how it can improve innovation, strategy and financial returns; enhance human capital management, and mitigate organisational risk. The forum will also seek to draw out creative solutions to address diversity in the sector. The event is a fully inclusive event and we welcome participation by company directors, executives and leaders from across the life sciences sector.
