The Blue Reboot
Overview
The Blue Reboot is a five-day reset inspired by the world’s Blue Zones—those rare pockets where people live longer, healthier, and happier lives. Guided by our Blue Reboot Health Coaches, you’ll receive expert support, nourishing recipes, and daily practices designed to help you build sustainable, life-enhancing habits. We don’t expect—or want—you to hit pause on your life during this reset. The goal is to practice making intentional, healthy choices while life happens. The only real challenge? A simple two-day cleanse to kick things off. The rest is designed to fit seamlessly into your daily routine.
We start with food, focusing on real, whole ingredients: fruits, vegetables, whole grains, legumes, and nuts. This whole food, plant-based (WFPB) foundation is backed by science, linked to a lower risk of chronic diseases like type 2 diabetes, heart disease, and certain cancers. Throughout the reset, we’ll share more about the power of this lifestyle—plus the tools you need to make it work for you.

Colleen Ogilvie is an Integrative Health Coach and founder of Bespoke Health Coaching, established in 2015 to empower individuals to build sustainable habits that promote longevity, vitality, and overall well-being. With a passion for helping others thrive, Colleen has guided countless clients toward their health goals by designing personalized strategies that align with their unique lifestyles.
Her deep exploration into plant-based nutrition, mindful movement, and stress reduction practices has shaped a highly effective approach to health—one that encourages clients to invest in their most undervalued asset: their health. Colleen holds a B.A. from Duke University, earned her Health Coaching Certification through Duke Integrative Medicine, completed MBSR (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction) training at the University of Massachusetts Medical Center, and is a certified Food for Life instructor through the Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine.
