We will take unpack fear from our perspective as Black Women how it has been imposed on us, handed down and how it impacts our lives.
About this Event
In this offering of the BWHC, we will use music, breathwork, reflection and discussion to engage with fear in a way that serves our well being. We will have a 3 part group healing of Call & Release to break contracts, vows and agreements, Transmutation of Fear, and ending with Soul Activation. This is a metaphycal offering, spiritual and not religious.
