First Course:
Parker House Rolls with House Made Butter nori & saffron
Spring Green Tiger Salad cauliflower mushroom, japanese cucumber, toasted sesame
Fava Dip, Smoked Pistachio, Fava Leaf Oil, Grilled Einkorn Baguette

Main:
Øland Orecchiette cherry tomato, sour corn, gran pepe
Fried Chicken avocado leaf, grilled tardivo, hot sauce

Dessert:
Smörgåsbord of Cheeses

Spring is finally here! The birds are chirping, flowers are blooming, the sky is blue and the people are THIRSTY.

We invite you to celebrate the holiest of holiest - National Rosé Day - with an open air dinner featuring some of Northern California's finest producers of pink.

Hosted by Patrick Cappiello & Sara Morgenstern of Renegat Wines and Mindy Kearney & Michele Ouellet of Lorenza Rosé, the Big Pink will be a feast under the sun and stars.

We have teamed up with Beverage Director Ashley Santoro of The Standard Hotel Group to takeover the beautiful terrace of Narcissa Restaurant in the East Village of New York City.

The menu, created by Chef Max Blachman-Gentile, will be three courses of late spring dishes thoughtfully paired with 6 spectacular rosés.
