Meet the Panel of Refs!

Gina Scott

VP Partner Services, NFL Players Association

Gina Scott’s expertise in sports marketing and sponsorships spans the professional sports, collegiate, public and corporate sectors. Scott currently serves as serves as Vice President of Partner Services with NFL Players Incorporated, the marketing and licensing subsidiary of the NFL Players Association (NFLPA). As the head of partnership marketing, Gina oversees building and growing all NFLPA strategic partnerships, while working closely with NFL players to help build their brand.

As the head of partnership marketing, Scott oversees building and growing all NFLPA strategic partnerships, enhancing the overall utilization of group player rights by the NFLPA’s many partners and guiding player marketing strategy and integration, while working closely with NFL players to help build their brand and marketing platforms. Her professional work experiences include Louisiana State University Athletics, the National Basketball Association’s Atlanta Hawks, Delta Air Lines global marketing, and Team Services’ sports marketing and consulting divisions.

Professionally, Gina is a member of various industry professional organizations and was honored by the Sports Business Journal as a 2021 Game Changers Honoree and recognition was from the Black Sports Business Symposium’s 2023 Sports Executive of the Year.

A native of Jacksonville, Florida, and now residing in Maryland, Gina received both her Bachelor of Science in Advertising and her Masters of Exercise and Sports Science from the University of Florida, where she graduated as the Most Outstanding Female Student Leader.


Josh Lukin

Senior Director, Brand Strategy & Advertising, The Baltimore Ravens

Josh Lukin is the current Sr. Director, Brand Strategy & Advertising with the Baltimore Ravens. Josh joined the Ravens in 2022 and oversees the team’s advertising strategy and creative development, media planning, graphic design and brand initiatives. Since joining the organization, Josh has helped lead multiple award-winning marketing campaigns including, “And Football”, “Don’t Blink” and the 2024 AMA Baltimore #MXAwards Platinum Award winning event promotion campaign for the team’s “Darkness” game.

Prior to joining the Ravens, Josh spent 15 years in Major League Baseball. First, as the Director of Digital Marketing for the Los Angeles Dodgers, followed by more than a decade as a Sr. Director of Club Marketing with the league office. He also worked at advertising agencies in both New York (BBDO) and Baltimore (Exit10) before transitioning to sports full time. He is a 2002 graduate of Syracuse University with a dual degree in marketing and advertising from the Whitman School of Management and the Newhouse School of Public Communications, where he was named Advertising Student of the Year.


Sabrina Dépestre

Senior Director, Enrollment Marketing, Maryland Institute College of Art (MICA)

Sabrina Dépestre is a strategic marketing leader with over 15 years of experience. She has a proven track record of shaping brand narratives, growing audiences, and leading creative campaigns across the sports, arts, and education sectors. She began her career with the Miami HEAT, where she developed a solid foundation in audience engagement, revenue generation, and customer experience - skills that continue to influence her work today.

Sabrina currently serves as the Senior Director of Enrollment Marketing at the Maryland Institute College of Art (MICA). She spearheads institution-wide marketing strategies for undergraduate, graduate, and non-degree programs. Under her leadership, MICA launched its first brand awareness campaign and co-developed a unified enrollment strategy that expanded the college’s visibility and impact. Known for balancing data-driven decision-making with emotionally resonant storytelling, Sabrina has produced award-winning creative work, managed large-scale budgets, and built collaborative, high-performing teams. In 2019, she received the Graphic Design USA American Inhouse Design Award. She also hosts Musings on Marketing, a podcast exploring creativity, strategy, and leadership in modern marketing.


Terrance J. Young

Director of Marketing & Advertising, Baltimore Orioles

Terrance J. Young is a strategic and creative marketing leader with more than a decade of experience helping brands connect with audiences in meaningful ways. He is currently the Director of Marketing & Advertising for the Baltimore Orioles, where he leads advertising strategy, influencer programming, and brand oversight. His work has helped the Orioles strengthen brand favorability, deepen fan affinity, and drive measurable growth in consumer engagement and revenue.

Before joining the Orioles, Terrance worked with The Philadelphia Inquirer, Lincoln University, Essentia Water, and Monster Energy, where he built campaigns that blended culture, community, and creativity. From driving digital subscriptions at a major media outlet to boosting donor support at an HBCU to developing field marketing strategies for global consumer brands, his career has focused on bringing people closer to the stories and experiences that move them — while also moving business forward.

Terrance is passionate about mentoring the next generation of marketers and believes the best work comes from a mix of data, empathy, and curiosity. When he’s not at Camden Yards, he enjoys time with his fiancée, Shanice, working out, and volunteering at his local church.
