Or in other words, you're invited to a weekend-long slumber party for chicks who drink beer!
Basecamp South Lake Tahoe is a boutique hotel and it accommodations are located in the heart of South Lake Tahoe, a short 5-minute walk to the lake and an even shorter 4-minute walk to the Heavenly Gondola and the center of town. The stylish rooms are designed for adventure and relaxation seekers alike, with the amenities and style of a modern resort.
On this ladies-only tour, guests will share a cozy stay in the Explorer Club Room.

Friday | Day I | The Journey Begins
12:00 Noon - Depart for South Lake Tahoe
4:00 pm – Arrive at the hotel and check-in
5:00 pm – Orientation walk-around
7:00 pm – Communal Beer Dinner and S’mores
9:00 pm – Free Time or Bed Time
Meet at the pick-up location in the East Bay and depart for South Lake Tahoe. Enjoy a gourmet box lunch and a cold beer during the 4-hour ride through the Sierra Nevada Mountains. Arrive at the Basecamp Hotel and check in. After getting situated in the Explorer Club Room, stretch your legs with a short orientation walk around the immediate area which includes the lakefront and Heavenly Village. In the evening join the group for a Communal Beer Pairing Dinner inside the Airstream sitting in the resorts beer garden. Dinner will be followed by a S’mores and Stouts session at the fire pits. You are then free to explore South Lake or get some beauty sleep.
Saturday | Day 2 | Breweries Galore
7:00 am – 10:00 am - Continental Breakfast
9:00 am – Lakeshore walk (optional)
11:30 am – Meet in the lobby to go on the brewery tour
12:00 noon – Sidellis Brewery | Beer Tasting and Meet the Brewer
1:30 pm – The Brewery Lake Tahoe | Lunch and Beer Tasting
3:00 pm – Return to Basecamp and enjoy an afternoon and evening of free time
Wake up and enjoy a continental breakfast and fresh coffee in the Lobby or Barn (Beer Garden). You may also choose to do an optional morning stroll along the lakeshore to get your day started. We will then depart for Sidellis Brewery, the first stop of the days’ brewery tour to meet the brewer and enjoy a tasting. Your beer flight will be served to you in a paddle shaped like Lake Tahoe while you bask in the sun out in the garden patio or compete in a friendly game of Cornhole. Next take a short walk to The Brewery Lake Tahoe, a charming red brick house built in the 1930’s and home to Tahoe’s original brewpub established in 1992. Here you will eat lunch and delight in a beer tasting. After lunch return to the hotel and unwind in the hot tub, go shopping, hit the lake or watch the sunset from the rooftop decks. Just walking distance from the hotel, you may choose to have dinner at Stateline Brewery where you will dine on comfort food and a great selection of craft beers. After dinner feel free to visit the casinos or enjoy some live music.

12:00 noon – Cold Water Brewery and Grill | Lunch and Beer Tasting
2:00 pm – Depart South Lake Tahoe for home
6:00 pm – Estimated time of arrival to the drop off location
This morning sleep in and grab your breakfast before packing up. After checking out of the hotel you will visit Cold Water Brewery and Grill, the last brewery of the tour. For your final tasting choose from a variety of seasonal beers and a tasty brunch menu before raising your glass one last time and departing for home.

A deposit of $100 is due at the time of booking. Full payment is due 30 days prior to the scheduled tour departure date.

Cancellation Policy: Full refund if cancelled at least 21 days in advance of the scheduled departure date; 50% refund if cancelled 15 to 20 days in advance of the scheduled departure date; no refund if cancelled within 14 days of the scheduled departure date.
Pick Up/Drop Off Location will be at the Danville Park-n-Ride off I-680 / Sycamore Valley Road (East) Exit. The Sycamore Valley Road Park and Ride lot is located at the northeast corner of the I-680/Sycamore Valley Road interchange. The lot contains approximately 240 parking spaces, a County Connection bus stop, bicycle racks, and 12 bicycle lockers. The parking of oversized and commercial vehicles within the lot is prohibited.
