Now, everyone has a different definition of what Freedom means to them. For some, it's the freedom to finally be happy in their own skin and with what they see in the mirror, others find freedom in being pain free and mobile enough to pursue the active lifestyle they want and others may find freedom in conquering the self-limiting beliefs that have been holding them back their whole lives.
The pursuit of this kind of freedom is not an easy one. It's full of setbacks and hardships. Many people think they are just incapabable of accomplishing what they want when, most of the time, they just don't have an effective strategy or sufficient support. But, when someone is motivated to change, has a sound strategy coupled with a strong support system, the possibilities are limitless.
For the past 6 years we have been introducing people to our system known as The Best Shape of Your Life Challenge.The Challenge is a 6 week training course designed to hold you accountable and help you improve the way you eat, sleep, think and move, while providing you with practical, no-nonsense advice and instruction about how to make lasting changes to live a healthier and more active lifestyle.
